My game rank is 712 and it hasn't changed for 4 days in a row. Is there a problem with the ranking system?

Its been like this for the past 4 days, As you see for 4 days I'm currently rank 712 but I have more wins than the people in front of me. When I'm suppose to be infront of them.

I'm not sure how this works but I know they've got a time when it updates and it would've updated by now if you say 4 days. Hmm...
