Deployed to Beta servers on 2 March 2016

Changes since last beta build (#601):

• 1.9: Effectively re-enabled sword blocking
  When you hold right-click while holding a sword on a 1.9 client, an imaginary shield will appear in your off-hand, allowing you to block as you would on 1.7/1.8. The shield will disappear when you stop blocking.
• 1.9: Shields are now shown in the hands of other players when they are blocking, allowing 1.9 players to see if someone is blocking
• 1.9: Fixed right-click usage in many scenarios; eating food, shooting arrows, placing fire, fishing rod usage, etc. should all work more consistently now
• SG variants: Fix an issue that could result in the ability to place fire using items other than flint and steel
• SG variants: Miscellaneous improvements to flint and steel placement
• BG: Fix several issues with the new kit system
