Game Server Build 226
Deployed on 10 October 2015

Changes since last released build (#211):

• Solo SG: Allow chat at the end of the game
• Internal: Add more information to state dumps generated by /bugreport
• Internal: Fix state dump generation via /bugreport hanging the server
• Miscellaneous changes to how chat is logged
• Resolve an issue that could result in database queries failing when the server is under heavy load
• Add a rank that is used internally by our automated network monitoring system
