You don't really know how ranks work do you... ok here are all the problems
1. This isn't a server it's a clan. You don't need admins, you don't need Youtubers, and you don't need moderators unless they have mod on mcsg which I doubt these ones do.
2. Trial member isn't a rank considered in the clan. It DEFINITELY isn't better than regular member. Trial is where you test people who apply to see if they deserve member.
3. Ranks are based on who deserves them not who has wins. Also, the standard procedure is:
Member: any one good enough to get in
Elite: Best pvpers in the clan
Officer: leader's helpers. Good at leading scrims and helping clan
Leader: owner of clan

I know you're "allowed" but firstly, learn how to use capital letters. Only use the first one in a sentence not the first two (I've seen you do this several times) no matter whether or not you're allowed, it's dumb. Nobody uses these ranks except bad clan's that's it. 3 of those ranks are supposed to be there but you used them incorrectly. I don't think you know how to own a clan.
