The name of the rank kind of explains what you need to do to get it, rather than vying to become friends through contests and the like, why not you know... Become friends with some of the staff?

Why do people want the rank so badly? It's actually nothing important, just a pink name. (And for being exstaff / friend with staff etc) Care about friends instead of a rank.
