I'd quote it here but I'm on my iPad. The report button is essentially a 'poke' to all moderators and above, heck I've seen mod panels before, there won't cause no trouble. In-fact, doing #lock bumps up a thread even more and causes more trouble then it.

Micr, can mods unlock threads after being locked? If so then it would probably be a good idea to temp-lock it until-if it's continued.
