Have you done anything to your wifi router? I remember I moved mine from my basement to my bedroom. In theory, this would give me better connection. It actually increased by ping by about 800 ms. It was awful. As soon as I moved it back down, it was fine.

Also, you could check your data usage on the network. This shows up if you click on the connection that you're using if you have Windows 8. Not sure about other systems. There should be a reset button.

Not sure what happened yesterday, but now i'm getting normal fps with the exact same settings. Anyways thanks for the help everyone. Can a mod lock this thread?
