So I get 60-80 FPS when I first load Minecaft, but after about 5-10 minutes of playing I will get these random FPS drops where my frames drop 20-30 frames. So I go from say 55 to 25. I check my Task Manager and see Minecraft is using about 30 percent of my CPU usage and 2k memory and I don't know how to fix it. I have tried restarting my PC, installing Minecraft again, using just Optifine and nothing works I keep getting this issue. I have cleaned out my PC (using compressed air and removing dust). I am really confused and if anyone knows anything please help.

Get a cheap dedicated GPU if you don't have a laptop. If you do have a laptop, try a fresh install and possibly do a Win. 10 refresh. It helped me when I owned a laptop.

If you can drop $100 on a new GPU, I believe that'd help you greatly. Here is an Amazon link to one: https://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-Ove...id=1470070031&sr=8-14&keywords=radeon+r7+260x

If not, then try reinstalling, or get this: https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce...e=UTF8&qid=1470070194&sr=8-4&keywords=gtx+740

That is a good card, but not as fast as the first one.

Your current GPU is a 2010 model, it makes sense on why you're getting frame drops.
