He w was obviously younger then us because only 8 year olds would,waste 20 minutes of their lives just to bother someone they don't even know.

Actually I wouldn't mind it if they just fixed flint and steel in the DM. I had a flint and steel and I was going to block off the narrow part of the corn in SG 4, when I realized it didn't work. If they could fix flint and steel, the DM's would be a lot more interesting imho.

If you are a good player you can give the running "noob" a decent armour and weapon (weaker than yours of course) and then he will most likely fight you and I win most of the time like that.

And that's smart, but running with no intention of ever fighting is just plain annoying.

I usually fake going AFK and stand in the middle, eventually they will come down and try to kill you. Thats your chance to kill the annoying guy
