Let me warn you about something. The fishing rod technique is only useful if you know how to do it. If you don't know how to do it, or never attempted it before/haven't practiced much, it will most certainly work against you. I suggest asking someone who's really good at you to help you, or practice strafing a lot because if you strafe well you can easily kill someone who uses the fishing rod technique.
