ah the good ol times;
I remember my first level 100 back all the in Ruby and Sapphire (sorry if spelt wrong) were out. My swampert was my first level 100, and still to this date I have him in my Pokemon Bank. I picked mudkip because Im pretty lazy to catch another water type Pokemon to teach it surf/waterfall + mudkip looks cute and cool haha.

My first lvl 100 was in Pokemon Silver around 8 years ago. It was an Aerodactyl. The only game I have actually gotten a lvl 100 on without infinite rare candies. (Emerald why do you do this to me.)

I think I've played a lot of pokemon games, but never, NEVER have I ever gotten a level 100.
(except for in that endgame thing in platinum where you can use lvl100 but those aren't mine xdddd)

Mine was Pikachu from Pokemon Yellow on the Gameboy Colour! getting old school here I traded it across to... Pokemon Crystal I believe? but it was never the same..
