From a more serious point of view:
Its between the Devs and Chad now, right?
Well -
Were the Devs to turn off the Servers without a valid reason or excuse other than to spite Chad, then Chad, who pays for the servers, could sue. After all, if he's paying for a service, then said service must be given, unless he were to be given a refund, correct?
That would render Chad the winner in a lawsuit, if he were not refunded, so therefore he would be the higher power....?

Just some speculation on my part, not intended to offend anyone. Subv3rsion and Forairan, the rest of the Devs, and Chad are all great guys, no doubt. Feel free to expand on this to further discussion on this topic, for fun.
