Hell
Mushroom
Skylands(end)
Hell would need lava, and lava lags
Mushroom, as dak said, would be OP cuz of bowls
Skylands means everything else should be based in the sky xP

Remember that you don't need to use existing biomes, you can get creative and create say a volcanic biome or something :p

Yeah, I was thinking for the taiga to actually be some extreme hills with snowy peaks and some crevace things :D

I like a nice plains near some mountain and forest. It provides ample room to build a home, the mountains make a nice place to build some kind of fortress/outpost (and they are eye candy), and the forest gives wood. I also like plains because they have villages.

I have to disagree with multibiome maps. They're ugly and silly. If you are going to do one though, I recommend you make an effort to choose a couple biomes that might merge well together. Based on "Taiga" and "village" you might consider a snowy, spruce-tree based village map. However, that's pretty similar to TSG1, so you'd want to be careful about it.
