Virtual Riot- Energy DrinkWhat is your favorite song?
My favorite song is "Monster", made by Meg and Dia.
Fun fact: the lead singer of Bastille went to my school. The Silence, by Bastille. I discovered Bastille in the heart of February just this year, I heard the song "Pompeii" and with little delay began to wonder why I had never heard such music like this before. Well, it turned out they were a British band and were charting high in the British billboards, not the American ones. "The Silence" is but one song from their two disc album "All This Bad Blood." This album actually ranked fairly high on my top ten album list. Every song on it is amazing and the topics featured on said album are diverse and different with each song, with each song having a different sound. This one captivated me through the intro. I am not sure why, but it did.
I probably enjoy "There With You" by the Jokerr even more than "The Silence." It is a love song, (we all know how many of those there are, right?) but this one is done in a largely different way. The message and story it delivers is just something you do not see in most of the popular, well known mainstream songs of today. The actual music in combination with the lyrics and his voice bring together such a beautiful, magnificent song. As usual, The Jokerr delivers.
