Yes. Nightcore is basically songs made to sound more like Japanese/Korean songs, which includes taking the original songs, and speeding it up and/or making it higher pitched.

I don't think that's uploaded by the original group, The Cab, but at least it's the original song (I think)
However the Nightcore version is more popular, for some reason (lol not surprising)
