I can't believe that this could actually happen. So I could literally buy anyone donor right now and then chargeback to get them banned? It seems so silly to me that MCSG has this sort of loophole in their system. $20 to get unbanned for something that he didn't intentionally do seems quite unfair.
I'm fairly sure it's when you purchase something and then sort of..."cancel" the purchase.
