Enderpearl Cooldown

Adding an enderpeal cooldown would prevent people from being able to teleport to spawn instantly

15 seconds is way to long, plus if you want to stop enderpearlng in spawn there other ways to get round this so it doesn't effect you when you just want to pearl around quickly. For example disabling enderpearling in combat and or to stop enderpearling in war zone completely.

Ive played other faction servers that have the 15 second cooldown and i think it is pretty fair. I think its just the right amount of time

It's possible to make it so you can't go from warzone -> safezone etc, a 15 second cool-down would be quite annoying. But is a decent way to fix the problem.
