Not to try and add on with it, but WE don't start it. No one seems to understand that, especially the mods. They see flame and blame it on the thread. I'm not telling you how to do your job, but you should see from whose side the flame is before you warn us (and yes I have seen all the flame).

I actually had to delete 15 posts containing flame and inappropriateness posted today, but you can't see deleted posts so you cannot know that.

Not to try and add on with it, but WE don't start it. No one seems to understand that, especially the mods. They see flame and blame it on the thread. I'm not telling you how to do your job, but you should see from whose side the flame is before you warn us (and yes I have seen all the flame).

I understand that perfectly. I am not warning anyone in particular, I am just leaving a warning on the thread for anyone that thinks of causing flame. I know who is causing the thread, and they will be warned separately, but I am just leaving a warning here too.
