The way I think of it is 54 people x 1 hour per avatar (about) is 54 hours. There are 24 hours in a day, and I do about 2 avatars a day, meaning 2 hours taken off each day, which means about 27 days, which is almost four weeks, however sometimes I do more, and they take less time, etc.

Usually 20-30 minutes, but with more detailed requests it can take up to an hour.mi took the larger number to have more reliable estimate
