Donated but haven't be given benefits

On 6-10-12 at around 9:40 pacific standard time. I knew it would take about 24 hours for the benefits to take place. So i waited 24 hours and the benefits still aren't active. It is now 3:09 pacific standard time and the date is 6-11-12. I am logging onto US servers which are the servers i donated for. I have been given a gray box under my name when i highlight over my name when i am logged in on the website but i still do not have any benefits in-game.
