He's a very smart man, I would never want him to be president but can we stop acting like he's clueless and doesn't know how to play politics?

You can call him smart, but you can't say he's knowledgeable. That's what I believe they're referring to when they say he's an idiot.

And just for the record, he's a businessman, not a politician.
