Do you know "Said no one ever", basically its based off of that, people change it to the thing dicussed about, like "Said no gamer ever"
What I meant to say is that all the other characters have perfect hair, so saying "the author didn't know how to make hair" would make sense since the other have hair. Sorry for the confusion.

I know what you meant but it was a little confusing. The other characters hair always looked a little weird imo, and since Cailliou is seen the most it makes sense that'd hed be bald.
