does anyone else think it would be cool if like the 2 people in district 12 was teleported to their district (in this case district 12) for like 1 and a half mins then they got teleported to their room for like 1 min then teleported to the training place???

I think I understand...
You're paired up (randomly?) with another tribute, assigned a district, which has it's own section of the map representing said district (not within the game area), and you've given a minute or two just with that other tribute, in that section of the map?
I think maybe going to "their room" would be redundant, but I actually like the idea of being paired into districts; it'd be interesting to see which pairs stick together and which turn on each other straight away...

Yes this is what I meant and by "their room" I meant like in the hotel thing with each floor is for a different district.
