How about instead of disbanding the clan, how about you just lower the criteria for the clan?

I want this to be a respected clan, not something with a low win requirement. I might a clan for beginners later so they can get expierience in clan battles and stuff

Just make it 30+ wins. Something around that. Wins don't really determine skill, but they play a factor.
