Ok well, If someone made a clan name something idk chicken and they disban say a month later or 2 days its still that person's name and if they want you to change it, it shows a sign of respect that you respect what they ask and that it was their name

I agree that it's a sign of respect.
But I don't think that once a clan uses a name that it is there's and no one else can use it. I think if ToeKnee doesn't want his clan to be affiliated with this one, a leader (I realize that ToeKnee is a co-leader) should communicate with the clan as to why they don't want the name being used.
