Death Animation

Have you guys noticed the death animation when someone dies in multiplayer and they kinda fall over? I think it's freaking cool but sadly mcsg does not have that. The animation only appear when you die and you dont really die in mcsg you just explode. In short, no death screen = no death animation. So why did mcsg remove the death screen, it used to exist in v1.

It's been like this because MCSG wanted a neat way to switch to spectating mode. If you die, you'll fly (I'm ShakeSphere!!!!!11! pl0x).

It is funny to see it though, that people die with an animation. But killing someone gives other rewards, so I don't really think it's necessary. Besides, even if it is a small thing to code (just a matter of changing the DeathEvent class), it could be way more useful if the developers fixed a bug or added something highly requested. Priorities you know. =P

I actually prefer going without it as its just really ridiculous and kinda spoils the mood.

I kind of like not having the death animation. Except for the fact that one game where I died at corn without knowing and I went to my chest route without even realizing I was dead the entire time.

It is quite annoying because sometimes I think I'm dead fighting but Im still alive and then I die..

I love having the explosion of items. That feeling when there is 2 left, and you shoot the other guy one last time. BOOOOM items explode everywhere!

I find the animation to actually be quite satisfying when I kill someone. It actually feels like i killed them rather than them just disappearing when I kill them.
