There's no god apple. And one enchanted chainmail helmet isn't really "OP." Blame MCSG for not tiering the map so that there's balanced routes, and considering this was the first map ever made, it's gonna have some flaws. There's no way it should be removed, as it IS the original map. It's simple and amazing and fun to play if your attention span is more than 5 minutes.


ANYWAYS, I think this map is terrific. Lots of nostalgia can be found on it. It feels so "survival-y" and it really brings back what "Survival Games" should be. The tiering is unblanaced, but that's not really the map's fault. If MCSG wanted to they could balance the tiering.

I've never heard of anyone getting a god apple on SG1. Over the 3.5 years I've played MCSG, I've never found it and I've never seen anyone else get it (unless they put it in the casino).

I don't remember a god apple either. It's for sure a possibility in the casino because I never go in there anymore, but other than that I can't think of a place it would be. I'll back Mikag up, he's an og player for sure.

There's a dispenser with a regular golden apple that I know of. But I couldn't find a god apple.

Tbh its a map more for players which like the old style of SG - Surviving. But as to the other 95% of players who play for the PvP side of it it's not that good. As Glen said it really only has one chest route.

Edit: The only reason this map is in the servers is because it's the oldest map and the most Nostalgic.

Bad terraforming not enough chests, one op chest route that everyone goes, default trees, too big, map not centred at 0,0. Op items still exist on this map with enchanted helmet and a god Apple I I think.
