My thoughts are that it has the potential to become a bigger and more popular team it jsut needs peoples support.

Im not going to lie as you know there was one point i really did not like you but having gotten to know you better i believe you are a really cool guy who has the potential to become a great friend of mine if we talked more.

Mod about 1 and a half months, Sr Mod 4 months Admin 2 and a half years.

Seeing staff i hired and trained becoming Sr Mods and Admins

Demoting people i did not like it one bit and tbh normally avoided doing it if another admin was on.
