I'm sure there are hidden things, and plenty of other rooms players can spread out over, but what we're saying is that each room needs to be hospitable to 24 players, especially the main lobby room. You need to build your map assuming that at any given time, there may be 24 players in every single room. Or, if not every single room, at least the lobby needs to be created with the assumption that the entire server will end up there.
Also, the transitions between rooms are too small. 24 players climbing up that tiny ladder will be hilarious to watch, but not very functional. Also, just because there are sewers to walk around in doesn't make up for it. I, personally, would not enjoy crawling down into sewers to escape a cramped mob of people/pandas/robots above me.
Sorry if this criticism is kind of harsh, but it seems like you're getting upset at people for suggesting that it is too small, when it is indeed too small.
