That means it's allowed as it is not considered as an unfair mod, and I haven't heard anything about not being allowed to use clients...Thats a client.
I don't joke that much on the forums anymore, but here you go. Laugh.

This mod is not allowed on our servers, for, though it may not work fully, it still does confer the player using it an unfair advantage over others through the ability to see how much damage you are dealing and thus better gauge the proper course of action to take in PvP. This mod is not allowed, and like Six said, I would strongly advise you to remove it as long as you are playing on our servers.
