Some of the best creepy-pastas are the ones that don't involve blood.

Suicide Mouse didn't really involve blood, it was only a 9 minute clip that just looped Mickey walking with some screaming, and is considered one of the better creepypastas made.

Squidward's Suicide is also a key example on how to make a good creepypasta without overdoing blood, screaming, or anything gross for that matter.
