CPU Problems

Hello everyone! I am quite confused why me computer is saying my CPU is at 100% My Minecraft lags so bad now. I don't know what I did but now Minecraft is almost unplayable. I only have 3GB of RAM but it still shouldn't be doing this look at this screenshot:

Any help would mean alot :)

Just wondering but have you had your computer/laptop on for prolonged amounts of time? if so turn it off whist you go to school or work and it should cool down.

Go have a look at your autoruns.

Also, can you remember doing anything before it happened. It could be anything, really anything.

Installed CamStudio....
Have you triee deinstalling it? TBH I dont think it's it. But you never know.

Also, as I said, take a look at your autoruns. Also, look at task manager (ctrl + alt + del) and clean up your desktop. Those are most things I recommend.

First of all , turn off every unwanted task. Do Control + Alt + Delete and go to processes and delete what you think that you don't need.
Secondly , every time you leave (school , work etc. etc.) close your computer.This CPU is mostly caused by the system's overload by being on for too much.
