Whats Heavenly chips?

every heavenly chip gives an increase of 2% CPS however they are earned by resetting at certain total cookies baked all time values. In the newest version you need to unlock their potential with a few upgrades

like 150 billions CPS and my HC are at like 402 atm but when i reset i will get another couple hundred

I'm at about 100 billion CPS with like 93 antimatter, so once I get the other antimatter upgrade it will be like 200bil, 613 HC and when I reset I will get a few more at this moment but by the time I'm done probably a bunch more.
Starting now, I decided I would reset whenever I reach all the upgrades Unless an update comes out or is expected to come out soon

So after more than a week of barely doing any golden cookie grabbing in this game, I've finally reached 100 antimatter condensers and the upgrade for it. I probably won't reset until the next update though.
