Convert SG Classic into 1.7

I do agree that SG Classic should be brought up into the somewhat current present. But I also believe that SG Classic should be a gamemode that does not involve the use of Fishing Rods.

Unlike most of the other people complaining for the whole server to go back, this is actually a viable strategy that will not only bring people to SGC, but also make them relish the old days.

Just make it the real old days like the first few days of the server (such as 1.2.5) and make it accessible from hubs on the same proxy.
