This looks like a very interesting thing to be incorporated into mcsg. This means that these servers are more based towards the movie, then to just minecraft. This will be a very fun way to add some action to MCSG, and a bit of humor towards the game. However, this idea i feel, shouldn't be incorporated into MCSG. Why is this? I feel with the majority of the community growing, we are are getting more and more new people towards the game, this would create a negative effect on the new players towards the server, this means we are turning new players away with out look.

With the problems that have been shown up on this thread, i don't think that lag is going to be a problem, because the servers can already handle multiple people dieing in a short time space, E.G. 2 people get stone swords from corn, this wouldn't cause a problem, and the first TNT burst should only cause minor fps drops (1-5 fps).

I feel that this was a very fun April fools joke, but i don't feel the need for MCSG to have this added towards the server. I feel this is a one of act and should not be added to MCSG. (This is my opinion on the topic)

I really loved the explosions on the podiums and I would like this to be implemented permanently, but yes it would cause lag and be unwelcoming for new comers. So how about this be implemented on some of the servers and not on some other servers if possible?

Nonononono! This is a terrible idea. At first I thought it was a permanent feature on April 1st and almost quit. Then, as someone said above, people will have a reason to get Better Sprint Mod which makes me even more furious. I recently (Sunday) was falsely accused of Better Sprint Mod and are banned for a week. Which after this more people will be FALSELY ACCUSED OF HACKING BECAUSE OF ONE STUPID FEATURE
TO BRING PEOPLE TO THE WORLD OF HACKING. NO. JUST NO. QUIT. DON'T REPLY. THIS WILL NOT BRING GOOS THINGS! Sorry for my anger. I hate paying for something to be banned for a week for not doing anything wrong.

Golden, not everyone has a super computer like you We ordinary people will have computers that kill themselves and most people will actually have a really big FPS drop, but everything else you said was true.

To remove lag you dont need to make it to spawn explosion. Just explosions voice and kill the player...

I think there should be given warnings before the actual exploding
maybe a 3 warning signal then the actual explosion? Just my suggestion
