Man, I remember this from way back when.
From memory, the sole reason that it was changed to restart was due to ghosting: after that it just kind of stuck.
I always liked when the servers didn't restart, I got to meet up with the same people who I met last round and others could congratulate by saying "Good Game". Having to rejoin the server is a bit of a hassle and it would be preferable without it. This might also increase our donors.

I remember doing this in beta, it was the MOST amazing thing to exist. Pleas re-add this. Hopefully being less buggy than the beta version. <3

Really nice prospect! Whenever I play with friends the number one problem is all of us not being able to join the same lobbies.

I remember ghosting but can't remember it at the same time. Wasn't it if someone was ghosted by lag you wouldn't be able to kill him? and he would stay in the server like that until he got kicked? I seriously can't remember :p
Well I know it isn't a problem anymore.

Okay I can slightly explain my reason now, say I was a non donor and I wanted join a game that my friend was already playing in, it would be hard or impossible, that would mean my friend would have to leave and we would have to find a new game. Suppose we had semi big team, it would be near impossible to get in the game. This would ruin a lot of "stream teams" as only donors would populate the game. Please don't add Chaddy Mc SW@Q, ai oscillating wind turbein.

Yup, pretty much. They would be ghosted on the pedestal the whole time. They weren't really there, it was just the shell of a user who had previously been on the server. There were ways around this, like blowing them up by luring a creeper to them, but that is obviously impossible now. The games would literally be impossible to win due to this. You couldn't even kick them, the only was to stop it was to restart the server from my memory.

I honestly love having the hub. It can get a little noisy though :p, and the slower players can never get on a server. I think a cool system would be the old way, but players can still do /hub to switch between servers, then there's less noise! win win huh? :D

Ah yeah now I remember, I also remember that feeling you got when you went into deathmatch and saw a guy floating above his pedestal ._.

Well, I voted not to kick the people but this may be a wrong decision of mine. Another thing which is actually concerning me that it won't restart anymore. Could this cause lag? If so, I really hope that there is a daily restart or a restart like every 10 games or similar.
