As far as I know (I've searched for almost 5 hours last week for mouses that cheap), no. Every mouse that you buy with 30 dollars may mostly break. 60+ are pretty much the good "gaming" mouses. Steelseries is a good mouse company.

How long did it take for you to able to do that?

Well I learned fast clicking from other PC games it just came naturally but it took me about a 3 weeks to click really fast I forgot the game I played that required fast clicking but when I got into McSg I had the feeling the faster I click the more hits I would get and I do get better double hits but it doesn't really matter. If I really try to click fast I can click maybe 13 per sec but it hurts and theirs no use xD
