Hurricanes and Legends play a separate match together.
The winner automatically moves on.
The loser has to win against Obliviation in order to move on.

I agree I think it's fair and right if they combine after clan wars and just use their old roster for each separate team, since both teams are in the bracket.

The US division could replace them.

I will restate what are in the rules, and what I've said before. If members have been banned from MCSG, they are allowed to play in the clan wars. However, if they are caught hacking in Clan Wars, the whole clan will suffer the disqualification penalty.
