Ok I'm new to this community, but this seems like a serious event for higher up clans. If this assumption is true, how are you coming to the conclusion of hacks of those clips? First of all Mint_Sin was obviously not hacking, the nature of hacks like that would be to get multiple hits as opposed to one single (granted shifty) hit. His hit could have easily been explained by ping defrientations, delay, hit infractions (in other words delayed hits). In all even if you feel none of these fit well, it was one hit. I wasn't there but if this is just one single clip of him it shouldn't really count as sufficient evidence. IMO if your judging by single hits I'm sure that other people in the opposing clan would've had an occasional shifty hit too. That doesn't mean they're hacking too. Concluding this rant for that clip, I honestly don't think he was hacking, and if you do I can't do anything about it, but in my opinion your staff needs a better sufficient evidence policy.
Second one JusticeDog, nothing was at all wierd of his hits, thought some were far. All his hits could've been subsituted for ping. As another point those clips would go really nice for a pvp montage for him he looked badass. Theres not much to say for this one but really its just ping. And random cutouts, like the end of one of the vids it looks like he's getting hits with his head up, but when slowed down you can see that the head up hits didn't register, but hits that occurred when the individual recording turned around did, meaning you don't know what happened behind him. No perspective means anything could have happened, someone else could've got the hits for all we know, and again with ping it wouldn't be that uncalled for for those to be his hits.
For this to be the first thing I see coming into this community is saddening to say the least, I would expect more serious reffing and staff to be occuring for these close conduct rules.
