If everyone could please drop the Rasclarts accusations that would be great. It was looked at and it was decided that it was a recurrence of this sort of thing from S3:

Peryglus recorded a valid POV that shows his hits on his screen were perfectly normal, despite his head snapping like crazy. From a third person POV when I saw the fight happen, it looked insane and I was aware of it. From Jonny's view (that screenshot ^) it also looked impossible. From those two views the staff shared the opinion that it was sketchy. But because this is a server with no NCP and weird latency for EU players, and him uploading his POV, it was decided that he wasn't hacking.
