That's not a bad idea though. Maybe at least 2 items, no matter what their value and at most 6 items no matter their value?

Or maybe a random chance (such as 5-10%) for a normal chest to be as powerful or almost as powerful as a corn chest, making it better for people who search for a lot of chests, and balancing the corn a bit

Yeah, I like the idea. A much lower chance of cornucopia items spawning in the normal chests around the map. Diamonds shouldn't spawn at all though in the normal chests, because diamonds are really useful and should be restricted to the cornucopia. All other items (iron armour/gold/chain and stuff) should spawn at a lower chance then everything else.
