Channel Art Help

No, im not here to ask for channel art.
I made some, using the recommended pixels of 2560 x 1440. When I go to upload it, the cropping thing only allowes the middle of the picture to be used for the banner, cutting off more then half of my work. Ik its not the best banner, but tell me what im doing wrong?

The art is indeed the correct size. I spent so much time working on this, please help.

The small area selected in your Gyazo screenshot is the area in which you could see the banner in mobile view, but the whole 2560px wide area is seen on your desktop. You only need to make the banner in the rectangular area shown above, the whole 1440x2560 is only for TVs which nobody uses lol

No, you keep the original size, but you only need to make the banner in that space. The rest of the space is pretty much useless, but make it look nice if someone with a TV happens to stumble upon your channel

resize it to 2560 x 423, when you make a new banner start from those cords, also when your done place it on a photo that is 2560 x 1440 then every bit will show within, if your asking how i know, im a professional gfx artist. KuzenkiMC
