Can't get into a server

I will go for 30 minutes at a time trying to into a server but they're all full, even if the server list says that there is 0/24 people in one. It's starting to get on my nerves. I'm not the only that this happens to right? It seems to me there are to few servers for everyone trying to play. Will there ever be anymore servers?

they had 7 more 48 player slot servers, but they're not online.... -,,,,,,-
