It happen to me twice while playing MCGamer Network for full 2 years.
I don't think you should worry about this.

EDIT: This isn't in EVERY breeze island game, it was just that game i was in and i fell in it....
i thought it was my chunks acting stupid but it was a real hole.

It's your computer not complicated it... just close your minecraft and open it whenever i see that error i just close it and open it back up and its gone so..
