Bounty issue, we know

This was a new exploit so there was no official "Punishment" in place. So Mods didn't know how to act and Sr. Mods + admins can't adjust bounty leader boards... only devs and Chad can.

I think way more could get banned earlier to show the whole community we dont respect this kind of behaviour.

Understand that these bans were to temporarily remove them from the system to block the point spread until we can figure out the source. These people will be unbanned tomorrow once we get everything back to normal or reset to their old statistic before the exploit. Unfortunately, with how many players we have logged in at once, this issue spread like a wild fire and got out of control way too quickly.

You just disproved my point. I didnt even know you had banned people, I said that you could've done it. xD

Im glad you took care of the ones who got banned. But I did feel like you guys should have posted public that abusing a glitch like that is a bannable offense earlier. Most people who did it, didnt know.

^ as he said... One bounty led to another and it literally spread like a point wildfire consuming the leader boards. With a partner one could get 258 million in a matter of 2-3 hours.

Sneeze7 This problem has only been an issue for about 30hrs... So factoring the accessibility of Admins and devs... The time it would take to get the word to them is about 13-15hrs.

wahoo the reset points, thank goodness, a mean I kill 1 guy and i get 16k for it then i died, when i rejoined and i had 60k and i was like ?!? wth ?!? so i bountied 40k..... but its odd how people care so much about points, a mean it doesn't get you higher on the leader boards only wins do. some of the people in this community has become a bit selfish and are after points.....

I believe the two are actually connected. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Chad said the CA leaderboards would be going up when they finish cleaning up this whole debacle and finalizing the new leaderboard system.

wow.... I only just realised... someone in EU has 258 Million points now..... whoever kills him will get like 3-4 million so its like a circle, who ever kills him gets alot of points, then whoever kills that guy gets alot of points, then whoever kills that guy gets alot of points, and thats what i think has been happening. this is one of the worst things that has happened on MCSG, i dont want to think about it if this happened to wins.
