Better Sprint Mod

I knew to some extent what better sprint mod does but i was just in a game and i lit this guy on fire and bowed him like 6 times and he never stopped running (no knockback with bow even), it caught me completely off guard and i died... Is this bettersprint mod?

If the player can recover from being hit back by any harm back to sprint almost instantly it's very likely that it was BSM.
