Best minecraft PvPer?

I'd say Elgoldo from what I've heard.

You also have to take into account what makes each player good.
There's a lot of people that say Gravey4rd isn't that good, but plays with a bad teammate and on high-numbered servers.
If you give Tomahawk an axe, he can't block-hit.
A lot of these guys are Youtubers - While they are fairly good, you have to remember that they usually only upload the videos that they win in. I fought sirshmoopies twice, and both times he didn't appear particularly good, it was just that I had worse gear (Enchanted diamond sword is rather OP for a 1v1 at DM...)
I've heard elgodo (egrodo? Elgrodo? I neeeeever figured that out. Are they the same person?!?) is actually good, but I've never seen him fight, so I can't say.

But also, these are only the people that play MCSG. What about people on other servers?

It is (litterally) IMPOSSIBLE to tell who is the "best" Minecraft- PvPer in the world. How would you class a player as "best" by the way? By his/her ability to stay alive in fights? Or by his/her ability to think of smart strategies to bring down his/her foes? Like I said, it's impossible to tell.

Elgrodo *Facepalm* the only good person on that list is egrodo or elgoldo can't tell. I have killed everyone on that list except for elgoldo (Cause i have never seen him on game). No Offense, their not good at pvp.

The list is only people on mcsg :/ perhaps you should change the title to best Mcsg pvpers
