Best budget graphics card?

Intel core i7-4790k
GTX630
GTX750TI

He could of just made a thread with the title of "Best Budget Gaming Equipment" instead of flooding the Community corner.

Well, it does get quite annoying when you are looking for interesting threads and you see these.

I would definitely go for either a GTX750ti or a GTX760
P.S. The i7-4790k is a processor not a graphics card

I'm using this, and I'm running 100-150 FPS with Shaders on low settings, 6 chunk render distance.

400-700 FPS without shaders on minimum settings
