AMD gamer here, sorry for the crappy cellphone camera pic, it was about 4Am when I took this pic sooo... yeah.

Samsung SyncMaster PX2370 LED 23" 1920x1080 monitor
V7 D22W12 22" 1680x1050 LCD monitor
Keyboard and Mouse:
Rzaer Blackwidow Ultimate
Razer DeathAdder
CPU stuff:
AMD Phenom X6 1090T Black Edition Processor OC @ 4GHz
Antec CPU water cooling (keeps the thing at about 26C during minecraft (I get around 200-300FPS) and at about 35C on skyrim/battlefield, on no load I get around 17C-19C)
RAM:
8GB Corsair XMS3 (4 x 2GB sticks)
Hard drive(s):
1 500GB Hitachi 7200rpm HDD
1 1TB Caviar Black Western Digital HDD
GPU:
ASUS DCII EAH5850 1GB (waiting for the Sapphire Toxic edition 7970 to come out)
All this powered by a 850W power supply and encased in a HAF 932 Advanced Blue edition case (can post pics of the inside of the case if asked).
