No one should be able to get away with any mods, regardless of who it is. There are specific rules so that the gameplay isn't ruined by people who decide to cheat and ruin it for everyone else. Just because you have a few hundred subs on youtube, or have a lot of wins and are respected among the community, no one should be aloud to be able to use hacks others can't. Hiqhlights decided to use bsm, so it's his choice, and his fault for getting banned.

Can all this arguing just come to a halt? Both sides have expressed there opinions, and seeing as the staff have more power, he will most likely remained banned. I had, and still have respect for Hiqh or A.J, he was a cool guy, but honestly if the staff feel its just to ban him for having it installed he will be banned. Also, for anyone complaining on how it should be a seven day ban, this is his second ban / offence therefore resulting in a permanent ban of the player.
